Terms of use
These general terms and conditions govern the relationship between INFINITECH BULGARIA EOOD, UIC 208766639 (hereinafter the "Seller"), and the users of the online store shop.repairpc.info (hereinafter the "Site"). By using the Site and placing an order, you accept these terms.
1. Products and prices
All prices on the Site are in euro (EUR) and do not include VAT, as the Seller is not VAT-registered. The Seller takes care that product information (descriptions, specifications, availability, prices) is accurate, but reserves the right to correct obvious technical errors in price or description before order confirmation, notifying the customer promptly.
2. Conclusion of contract
Submitting an order through the Site constitutes an offer to conclude a distance sales contract. The contract is considered concluded after the Seller sends a confirmation by email or phone. Until confirmation, the Seller reserves the right to refuse an order if the item is out of stock or a technical pricing error is found.
3. Payment methods
Payment is made by any of the methods described in detail on the page "Payment" and "Payment security".
4. Delivery
Delivery terms and times are described on the page "Delivery".
5. Right of withdrawal
Consumers (natural persons) have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days under Art. 50 of the Consumer Protection Act. Details of the procedure, deadlines and exceptions to the right of withdrawal are described on the page "Returns".
6. Statutory warranty
All products are covered by the statutory warranty of conformity with the sales contract under Art. 112–115 of the Consumer Protection Act, for 2 (two) years from delivery.
7. Intellectual property
The content of the Site — texts, images, trademarks and logos — is the property of INFINITECH BULGARIA EOOD or the respective suppliers and manufacturers and is protected by the Copyright and Related Rights Act. Copying, distributing or using the content without prior written consent is prohibited.
8. Limitation of liability
The Seller is not liable for damage caused by improper use of the purchased products, nor for temporary unavailability of the Site due to technical reasons beyond its control.
9. Online dispute resolution
Under Regulation (EU) No 524/2013, consumers can refer a dispute related to an online purchase to the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. Out-of-court resolution of consumer disputes in Bulgaria is also carried out by the Consumer Protection Commission (CPC), kzp.bg.
10. Governing law
Matters not covered by these terms are governed by applicable Bulgarian law. Disputes that cannot be resolved out of court shall be referred to the competent Bulgarian court.
11. Amendments
The Seller reserves the right to change these general terms and conditions; changes take effect upon publication on the Site.
